Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bk22 ("bk22", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at bk22.lat. By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the bk22 platform — including all sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and promotional features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any individual who accesses the bk22 platform from within the territory of Bangladesh or from any other jurisdiction. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bk22 platform and, if applicable, close your account.

bk22 reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.

Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain an account on bk22 and to participate in any real-money betting or gaming activity, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. bk22 enforces a strict 21+ policy and will conduct age verification checks as part of the account registration and Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable procedures.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are under guardianship, have been declared legally incompetent, or are otherwise restricted from entering into contracts are not eligible to use bk22.
• Single Account: You may only hold one registered account on bk22. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether directly or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.
• Accurate Information: All personal information provided during registration and thereafter must be accurate, complete, and up to date. bk22 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order at the time of registration or at any point during your use of the platform. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a serious violation of these Terms.
• Not a bk22 Employee: Current employees, contractors, agents, directors, officers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in real-money betting on the bk22 platform.

bk22 reserves the absolute right to decline any registration application or to close any existing account if, in its sole judgment, the eligibility requirements above are not met or cannot be verified to bk22's satisfaction.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money betting and gaming features on bk22, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate and verifiable personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and preferred payment method. All fields marked as required during registration must be completed truthfully.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bk22 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. bk22 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify bk22 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. bk22 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bk22 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of this commitment, bk22 may require you to submit identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid passport or driving licence
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your name)
• Source of funds declaration where applicable

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and, where appropriate, account closure. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.4 Account Currency

All bk22 player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to represent BDT amounts. bk22 does not charge currency conversion fees for BDT transactions.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.

• Daily deposit limits: Default daily deposit limits apply to all accounts. Players may request adjustments through the Responsible Gaming settings.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the bk22 wallet within 60 seconds of a successful mobile banking transaction. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes for amounts under ৳10,000 for fully verified accounts. Larger withdrawals or withdrawals flagged for manual review may take up to 24 hours. bk22 makes every effort to process withdrawals as promptly as possible, but processing times are not guaranteed and may be affected by banking system availability.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit on the account. bk22 will not process withdrawals to new or unverified payment methods until account KYC verification is complete. Any bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal — see Section 5 for full bonus terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

bk22 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and major cricket tournaments including BPL and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general conditions set out in this section.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your bk22 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the following general conditions apply:

• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for the bonus. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of any remaining bonus balance at expiry.
• Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports bets, and specialty games may contribute at a lower percentage. The contribution table for each promotion will be detailed in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bets placed using bonus funds must be at odds of at least 1.50 (or equivalent fractional/American odds) to qualify for wagering contribution on sports markets.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing wagers, unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with bonus funds. Bets exceeding ৳1,500 per round or per selection placed using bonus funds may not qualify for wagering progress and may result in bonus forfeiture.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bk22 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming the same bonus multiple times through different accounts; using low-risk betting strategies designed specifically to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "arbitrage betting"); and colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially. bk22 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings derived from bonuses, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

5.4 Bonus Eligibility

Players must meet all applicable KYC and age verification requirements before bonus funds can be credited or withdrawn. bk22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of withdrawal will be honoured under the original terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on bk22 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. Cricket betting — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series — is governed by standard international cricket betting rules. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced to a minimum number of overs, or declared void by the relevant governing body, bets will be settled in accordance with bk22's specific sport rules, which are published in the Help section of the platform.

6.2 Casino & Live Games

All casino games — including live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — are operated under the rules defined by the respective game providers. In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, bk22 will apply the following principle: if a game round cannot be completed and the outcome cannot be determined, any bets placed for that round will be returned to the player's wallet. Completed game rounds that have been fully recorded by the game server will stand regardless of subsequent connectivity issues.

6.3 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest pricing error, system error, or software fault that results in an obviously incorrect outcome or payout, bk22 reserves the right to void the affected bets or correct the error retrospectively. bk22 will notify affected players via their registered email address. Payouts made in error are not binding and bk22 may recover any incorrectly credited funds from the player's account balance.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in BDT to prevent overspending. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases require a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of your account.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a defined period.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the bk22 platform — including but not limited to the bk22 brand name, logo, website design, software, text content, graphics, icons, audio, and video content — are owned by or licensed to bk22. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any intellectual property of bk22 or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, translate, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the bk22 platform without the prior written consent of bk22. Unauthorised use of bk22's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Game content provided by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their own licensing terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bk22 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the bk22 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or system errors

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes bk22's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. bk22's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to bk22 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The bk22 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bk22 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or harmful components.

Privacy & Data

bk22 collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account with bk22, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key privacy principles applied by bk22 include: data collected only for legitimate, specified purposes; data retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil those purposes; robust technical and organisational security measures applied to all stored data; and your right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

Amendments to Terms

bk22 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bk22 will notify registered players via email to the address on record and/or via a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notification, which will be no less than 7 days from the date of notification for material changes.

Minor changes — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of any provision, and updates required to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without prior notice. All amendments will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must close your account before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the bk22 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may close your bk22 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Before account closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

13.2 Termination by bk22

bk22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, if: you have breached any provision of these Terms; bk22 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct; your account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more; or bk22 determines that continuing to provide services to your account is incompatible with its legal or regulatory obligations.

In the event of account termination by bk22 for cause, any balance attributable to fraudulent activity or Terms violations may be withheld pending investigation. Legitimate real-money balances not affected by any violation will be returned to the player's verified payment method following the conclusion of any required investigation.
